http://translate.google.com/  - This site is like a dictionary.  It will translate a word/sentence/paragraph into any other language.

1. In the URL text box, enter http://translate.google.com/ .
2. Once the web page is downloaded, select English from the “From” menu and select Tamil from “To” menu. 
3. Enter the word for which you want Tamil meaning.
